We warmed to Nicola instantly when she came into our family home. Nic put us at ease, listened, laughed at the funny stories we shared with her but showing compassion at the same time. She captured our memories perfectly and the delivery of the eulogy was so intimate that everyone thought she was a close family friend - I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough.
